Will the doctor be able to consult with a guest via email?

Jade Taylor says:

When it comes to consultations, communication is of extreme importance. The doctor is unable to physically examine the guest and thus needs to get as accurate an account of his or her condition or symptoms from him or her as possible. The use of email for a consultation would definitely not be sufficient for an accurate and quality consultation with the guest. In the unfortunate event of the lines at the camp or lodge being down resulting in us being unable to arrange a telephonic consultation, our doctor my be able to consult with the guest via a Skype Call or Video Call.
