If we do not have staff cover but are in desperate need of your help, would you be able to assist?

It is extremely important that you cover your staff members in order to have full access to our services and all benefits should something happen to any of them.
In the unfortunate event of a staff member being involved in an incident or requiring assistance, if this is the first such call we receive from you and it is a critical emergency (life and death situation) we will provide assistance to you accordingly. We will provide advice on service providers that may need to be contacted (ambulance, fire department, police, etc.) but you would need to make contact with the relevant service provider.
We would also be willing to assist in allowing our doctor to provide emergency medical advice to those on scene pending the arrival of the needed service provider.
