GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVER
CareSure is a Group Personal Accident programme designed specifically for Safari Lodges and Tour Operators that employ less than 20 staff. It provides cover for staff, with an option to include their families, in the event of injuries sustained as a result of an accident. A 24-hour call centre evacuation service and unlimited emergency transport cover is included.

In the event of your guests sustaining a life-threatening medical emergency following bodily injury or acute illness, and where local facilities are not suitable to treat the medical condition, the specified medical evacuation service provider will coordinate,
monitor, supervise and reimburse the following medical services:
- The medical evacuation of the guest to an appropriate medical facility
- The relocation (includes road ambulance or chartered/commercial flight) to a medical facility more appropriately equipped for the particular emergency
- The repatriation, including road ambulance transfers, to and from the airports, with necessary medical supervision to an appropriate hospital or other healthcare facility near the residence of your guest

The Medical / Healthcare Programme has been created for companies and individuals located throughout the African continent. All company employees can be included on the HealthCare Programme. However, this healthcare cover does not extend to the Republic of South Africa.
The product has been designed for companies and individuals operating in multiple countries outside of South Africa’s borders and, therefore, provides one centralised medical healthcare programme, which includes emergency medical evacuation and in-hospital expenses.

SATIB clients can purchase subsidised emergency medical bags that contain level
3 first-aid items.
SATIB24 is a value-added service attached to all client insurance policies to assist
