Following numerous requests from various SATIB clients developing and/or selling Fractional Ownership Developments, SATIB has, in conjunction with leading local financial insurers, developed a Funding Guarantee product that provides a financial guarantee to a bank or financial institution to cover the terms of the loan an individual would have applied for to finance the purchase of a fraction in a development. The cover is there to respond should the lender default on installments / repayments.
